Challenge
During the COVID period, the idea for an emotional online product emerged: personalized mugs featuring customers’ own pets. The goal was to create something simple, understandable, and at the same time personal.
Implementation
We developed a complete online shop where customers could upload photos and names of their pets and order the mug directly. The images were professionally processed so that each mug had a high-quality, consistent look. To increase reach and sales, we ran targeted Facebook and Instagram campaigns and used a meme page.
Results & Learnings
The mugs were particularly popular as gifts. The project showed that personalized products perform best when the ordering process is simple and the result looks high-quality. Trust is built through real photos, authentic feedback, and a seamless purchasing experience. After about six months, the shop was closed due to time constraints.
