The strong dependence on booking platforms such as Booking resulted in high commission fees and reduced margins.

Implementation

We developed a new website with an integrated booking system that enables direct bookings. The system accurately manages seasonal pricing, fees and availability, and synchronizes with platforms such as Booking and Airbnb to prevent double bookings.

Result

Apartment Max now has its own direct booking channel, reduces commission costs and manages bookings more independently and efficiently.

Apartment Max offers holiday apartments at the Mendel Pass in South Tyrol, above Caldaro, with panoramic mountain and valley views. The apartments are high-quality, family-oriented, accommodate up to 8 guests, and feature a balcony or terrace. The location is ideal for hiking, cycling and winter sports.
