Challenge

After winning the Gruber Logistics Challenge 2023 as part of the hackathon at NOI Techpark Bolzano, the idea for “Guardian of the Roads” was born. Building on that success, it was further developed and implemented technically.

Implementation

The app combines gamification for truck and logistics enthusiasts with modern technology. In addition to the design, key software components were developed, including microservices as well as AI and image analysis features.

Result

We learned that AI needs clean data flows and a clear architecture from day one, and that scalability must be planned from the start — modular, with clear interfaces and automated deployments.
